Butter Tart

How about a Canadian dessert? This pie is delicious and it is not so hard to prepare it. Take a look!



1 and a half cup of wheat flour;
1 pinch of salt;
½ of butter;
1 egg yolk;
1 teaspoon of vinegar;
¼ cup of cold water.



½ cup of brown sugar;
½ cup of corn syrup;
1 egg;
1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature;
1 teaspoon vanilla;
1 teaspoon vinegar;
1 pinch of salt;
⅔ of grated coconut cup.

How to prepare

To make the dough, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed, let it rest in the refrigerator and then open the dough with a roller and put it in a large form or up to 12 smaller forms;

Beat all the ingredients of the filling, except the coconut, until it is homogeneous and put on the formed dough;

Add the coconut in the pie and preheat the oven in medium heat;

Bake butter tart for 20 minutes or until the dough and filling are golden brown. And bon appétit!
